A nice clean cup, tasty from medium to dark roasts. Fuller bodied cup with some pleasant acidity. Classic Colombian, toasted walnut and baker’s chocolate like darker tones comingle with soft acidity and medium sweetness levels.
 
Medium roasts accentuate the semi-sweet thicker nutty/walnut like tones with a little spice in the aftertaste, still has a gentle brightness upfront but brings nice balance and a little sweeter edge to the cup. Darker roasts accentuate the semi-sweet tones, turns a bit roasty tasting but works with its fuller body with a creamy mouthfeel, a good roast point if you use a splash of cream.
